- Selection of the real estate and negotiation
- Study of the selected property (verifications)
- Validation of the draft deed of sale and we attend the day of signing the documents at the Notary
Once you own the property: advice service change of ownership advice, advice beofre different public bodies, registration of supply contracts (water, elictricity, insurance), tax settlement, registration in the corresponding Land Registry, possible reforms or improvments, removals, decoration, etc...
We help you with everything, you just have to worry about enjoying your new home or investment
